Before your inspection

  • Research your property's records to determine the best course of action

Cleaning your record and reducing fees

If you've already been served a couple of violations, we'll do what it takes to get it code-compliant quickly. Then we'll have the city agency come down and ask them to clean up your record. Most water companies agree to waive certain fees once the problem is corrected.
